First, let’s go into what the game is about. In order to learn how to win at Roulette, you must first learn how to play the game, it’s not a hard game to learn. Now, If you start to lose money, make sure you know how much your willing to lose, and stop. Don’t keep playing hoping that you’re going to get it back, you may or you may not. You never want to lose too much at any time. Know your limits, if you can’t stop, then this game is not for you. But we’re talking about how to win at roulette so with that in mind lets move on.

* Some people use software, this is maybe the easiest and fastest way to win but if you decide to use any type of software, there are some things you should know. * Some use the 50-50 approach. This is by betting on black or red, odd or even, or what end the of the table the ball will land on. Most stick with just one system and keeps their odds of winning every time at 50-50. You win less if you bet this way(win or lose 100%) but it is a safe way to bet.

* Betting on a number will give you the best pay out and you can bet on as many numbers as you wish. If you’re thinking: why not just put a chip on all the number? If you were to bet on all the numbers, you would end up losing. I once watch a guy put chips on half the number on the bottom and half on the top, and lost both, it came out “0″.

* The last one is bet progress. This is when you place a bet and every time you win, you increase you bet size base on what you win, and decrease base on what you lose. example is if I place a 20 dollars and I win 60 back, I may up my bet to 30 or 40 the next bet. If I would have loss my first bet, then I may on bet 15 the next bet,10,5 and so on. This strategy is fine, if you have a fixed amount set up and stick with it.

* The last one is a favorite of many people. They will just play the same spots over and over. this is like the 50-50 and really does not have an advantage or disadvantage, it is complete luck.

The final stage to achieving the correct state of mind is to reinforce the belief that you cannot lose.  The best way to do this is to find one of the many heavily biased trial or free games that many online casinos have for you to practice on.   Make sure you bet recklessly and heavily and amass a small fortune in play money before you leave this stage.

During my time in the field where I was cultivating contacts, I spent very little time learning how to turn a weakness into a strength. I can’t say that it was a conscious decision of mine at the time, I just naturally wanted to only do things that made me feel good. There were times when my job required me to do things that I did not enjoy, but whenever I had the freedom, I would simply quit doing activities that weakened me. Over time, I learned that spending my time, adding skills and knowledge that supported my natural strengths and abilities improved my performance more than when I spent time trying to improve my weaknesses.

For instance, in my early years as a business developer, I took some assertiveness training as this trait is seen as important in sales. I was trying to wear a label that ran contrary to my nature. Essentially, I was trying to learn how to be less like myself and more like I thought I was supposed to be.

Trying to correct this weakness made me feel weak, tired and depleted of any inspiring energy. I did not feel good about myself or the innate abilities I knew I had. Because my focus was on what I lacked, I fell into a slump during this time.

When I eventually made the connection between investing in my strengths and performance excellence, the excitement and peace of mind of unlimited possibilities replaced the fear, anxiety and defensiveness I had previously felt over lacking certain attributes.

Once I started focusing on my strengths, I began to appreciate and notice the strengths in others as well. I surrounded myself with people who loved doing things that I did not. We had open conversations about our strengths to know where we could rely on one another. We then allowed ourselves the freedom to creatively structure our work so that we could each focus on what we enjoyed the most. Any team functions best when each member knows where they can rely on the other team members the most. The sheer enjoyment we each got from using our own personal strengths on a daily basis catapulted the success of our team.

You have the capacity within you to infinitely create, extend kindness and see good everywhere. This can all start by keeping your focus on your own unique abilities and innate strengths.
